Mid-day rentals for parties starting between 11- 2pm with extra setup/take down time! Midday reservations allow for additional time for setup and take down, and total farm dedication to your event that day! You may arrive 1.5 hour early to set up and stay 1 hour after to clean up. Under 50 people, includes: * Handicapped accessible indoor bathroom, and separate men's (urinal) room * Bar area with full size refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher * Wood Stove and seating area * Lounge seating option * Booth seating * Up to 50 event chairs * Round or rectangular tables- as discussed * Fireplace Pavilion with lounge seating * Parking lot Call to Amy discuss: 860-205-3382 Additional Hours: $175 *Pricing variable for customizations- Set up, Clean up, Linens, Party Favors, Flowers
